Catherine Anne

 Catherine Anne O'Hara OOC, born on March 4, 1954 is an actress from Canada. O'Hara has won numerous prizes which include the Genie Award (a Golden Globe Award) as well as two Screen Actors Guild Awards and two Primetime Emmy Awards. In addition, O'Hara was awarded six Canadian Screen Awards. She was made an Officer of the Order of Canada in 2018 and was honored with the Governor General's Performing Arts Lifetime Artistic Achievement Award in 2020. O'Hara first became known for her acting in the year 1974 while she was a part of The Second City in Toronto. Together with John Candy and Dan Aykroyd she was part of the main cast of the sitcom Coming Up Rosie (1975-1978). O'Hara, Candy, and Dan Aykroyd started work in Second City Television's sketch comedy series (1976-1984). O'Hara received praise for her comic writing and acting skills, earning her the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Writer for a Variety Series in 1982. O'Hara was a member of the newly formed Second City artistic Advisory Board that was headed by Stephen Colbert. Other members of the board were Dwayne Colbert. Tina Fey. Keegan–Michael Key. Julia Louis-Dreyfus. Jane Lynch. Tim Meadows. Peter Murrieta. Suzy Nakamura. Sam Richardson. Jeff Richmond. Jason Sudeikis.
