Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Psaki was the third oldest daughter. She was the daughter of Eileen Dolan Medvey (Psychotherapist 8] and Dimitrios R. Psaki (Greek, Demetrios R. Psakes), who were both real estate developers. Her grandfather moved to Greece in 1904, and her mother was of Irish descent. In 1976, her parents were married. Psaki is also Polish-American. In 1996 she graduated from Greenwich High School. In 2000, she graduated from the College of William & Mary with an education in English as well as sociology. She is an active Chi Omega Sorority member. Psaki was an avid William & Mary backstroke swimmer was on the William & Mary Tribe Athletic team for two seasons. Psaki started her professional career in 2001, working for the reelection campaigns of Tom Harkin (Iowa Democrats) for the U.S. Senate. Psaki then became the deputy press secretary of John Kerry's 2004 presidential campaign. Psaki was also the director of communications for Joseph Crowley (U.S. Representative) and also as the regional press secretary for Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. MSNBC has announced Psaki as an analyst on the political scene for the 2022 United States Elections and during 2024 Presidential Campaign. In 2023, she will host a program on MSNBC’s Peacock streaming website. [3535 Psaki was the first to make a television appearance after leaving her position as White House Press Secretary on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon talking about the Robb Elementary School shooting.
